If one discounts Ruth, who supposedly was born out of wedlock and lived with her maternal grandmother, Mabel must have had two children between 1904 and 1907 who died in infancy. At the time of the 1910 census she was very pregnant with Roland who was born in May and died three months later, in August; |a waiter.2
