By virtue of a judgment of foreclosure and sale in the above entitled action, granted at a term of this Court, held at the Court House in the City of Watertown, on the 13th day of June, 1898, and duly entered in Jefferson County Clerk's office, I, the undersigned refree, shall sell at public auction to the highest bidder at the law offices of G. S. & H. L. Hooker, in the City of Watertown, New York, on the 30th day of July 1898, at ten o'clock in the forenoon on that day the premises described in said judgment, as follows:
All that tract or parcel of land, situate in the village of Sackets Harbvor, County of Jefferson and State of new York, and bounded and described as follows, viz: An undivided one-half of that house and lot, commencing at the S.E'ly corner of Odgen and Hamilton streets, being one hundred and sixteen feet on Ogden street and one hundred and sixty-two feet on Hamilton street, being in the form of a parallelogram.
Dated June 14, 1898. Lucy Ann Denison was buried in 1920 at Spring Run Cemetery, Royalton, Berrien Co, Michigan.³
